Monitors on standing work desks
Written by nestcoworkNovember 12, 2020 We've installed a monitor on the standing work desk out in the hot desk zone! We personally love to stand to work, but some people don't. There's no wrong way to be productive AF! 🙂
If this monitor gets used on a weekly basis, we will install more monitors, if it doesn't, we won't. 🙂
Sound Absorbing Micro-Office Upgrades
Written by nestcoworkNovember 10, 2020 It was recently brought to our attention that some of our micro offices aren’t very sound proof, so we’re working to fix that!
Here’s what we’re doing:
- We’ll be installing some acoustic sound panels on the walls in the micro offices, they look like this: https://amzn.to/2IkFcmK
- We’ll be putting spray foam at the top of the micro office walls to make sure all of the gaps have been filled between the walls and the ceiling, so that sound doesn’t bounce from room to room via the ceiling gap.
These micro office sound absorbing upgrades will start to happen within the next week. We’ll keep you updated on the progress, as we have more info. In the meantime, please go ahead and use headphones anytime that you need to listen to sounds from your computer or mobile device! Everyone appreciates this sort of courtesy, especially your coworkers! 🙂
